After 11 fabulous years at our Park Street boutique in Leamington Spa, we knew it was time for a new chapter, the bridal magic had simply outgrown our little space. So in 2025, we moved into a truly breathtaking new home just two streets down on Augusta Place, the perfect next step for the Tilly’s Bridal Boutique in Leamington Spa. We are thrilled to give brides the opportunity to begin their wedding journey in style: saying “yes” to their dream dress in pure luxury, inside a spectacular converted church, adorned with all the classic Tilly’s touches we know our brides love!

How many months before the wedding should I go wedding dress shopping?
It’s important to remember every bride works to their own schedule, and that’s ok!
However, based on over 20 years of bridal and luxury retail experience, we recommend starting your wedding dress shopping around 12 months before the big day. Why? So you have plenty of time to find the dress, ensure there is enough time for it to arrive in all its bridal glory, and have any alterations done with no stress. (Because, trust us, there’s enough of that elsewhere!)

Awkward, who’s supposed to pay for a wedding dress?
Traditionally, it was the bride’s family who would foot the bill for the wedding dress, but let’s be real, times have changed! Who pays for your dress is completely up to you. Whether it’s you, your parents, your partner, or a little bit of everyone chipping in, what matters most is what works best for you.
At Tilly’s Bridal Shop in Leamington Spa, we get it, wedding costs can add up fast. That’s why we offer a flexible payment plan so you can say yes to your dream dress without the stress! You can pay 50% when you order your dream dress, and the rest when it’s ready to ship.
When should I order my wedding dress?
Ideally, you should order your wedding dress 8-12 months before the big day. This timeline allows plenty of time for production, shipping and alterations to be completed without stress!
Can I bring my bridal party to my bridal appointment?
Yes! At Tilly’s bridal shop we absolutely love to make finding your dream dress an unforgettable experience with the people you hold closest. That said, we do recommend keeping your circle of love small when choosing your wedding dress, because while everyone has an opinion, the most important one is yours! Too many voices can just leave you feeling confused and rushing into a decision that isn’t fully yours. You want your advisors to be honest, supportive, and ready to cheer you on when you find the dress.

Hart + Co, our beautiful (and even pinker) neighbour, is a must. With fabulous cocktails, unreal food and endless photo opportunities, it’s the perfect spot to toast with your bridal party.
If you’re looking for something a little more relaxed but just as beautiful, La Bottega is a stunning pink Italian restaurant where you can raise a glass and toast to la dolce vita in style.
