To ensure that you have the most wonderful time with us,
there are just a couple of things we need to make you aware of before you book…
We love to ensure that you get a truly special and exclusive experience when visiting our Boutique. As we only allow one bride in the shop for each appointment we must ask you to book ahead. Our appointments are in high demand so please book with plenty of advanced notice.
To secure your appointment we ask for a £35 booking fee for weekend appointments and a £15 booking fee for week day appointments.
This fee is non-refundable, but should you choose to purchase one of our dresses will be happy to deduct this fee from the price of your dress.
Please note you will be charged the full booking fee for the cancellation of ANY appointment.
Our collections currently start at around £1400 and extend up to £8000 (we only have one dress at this price, don’t panic!), with the average dress price sitting around £2000.
Ordinarily, we can accommodate 3 guests for your appointment at Tilly’s, however, due to current COVID-19 restrictions we are limited to yourself plus 2. Don’t forget, once your dress is selected and ordered, there are many other opportunities to visit us with other guests for those special moments.
During your appointment
We love to spoil our guests and give you a truly special shopping experience. If you visit us during a weekday we will provide you with a hot or cold beverage or glass of Prosecco for you and your guests.
If you visit us during a weekend, we will provide you with a choice of either a signature ‘Tillytini’ cocktail for you and your guests or a bottle of Prosecco to share.
(Non-alcoholic beverages are also available).
